Although our room was quite small for our group of 3, we adjusted really easily thanks to the comfortable spaces designed by the hotel. Additionally, the amenities were fantastic, even though some needed to be accessed by going a few floors under (where the laundry + ironing board + microwaves were located on the 4th floor) yet this was hardly an issue since the elevators were extremely quick. The location itself makes this place a really valuable option if you want to stay in Tokyo. A 2 minute walk from Akasaka station and a 3 minute walk from Akasaka-mitsuke station, so travelling around the city is made a breeze! The location itself, Akasaka, is amazing, with loads of restaurants, bars, pubs, convenience stores, the beautiful Hie-jinja shrine is no more than a 5 minute walk away from the hotel, as well as other entertainment options such as a karaoke place near by. In the evening, Akasaka truly shines as its streets come alive. Yet noise was never an issue we had to deal with, so don’t worry if you think you’ll lose a minute of sleep at night! The staff were impeccable. So helpful and respectful, i truly felt like i was made very important and special. Anything you need the staff will try to accomodate, and language barriers aren’t a problem either. The lobby has an attendant 24/7 so if you ever run into any issues during your stay you can go see them. Any ammenities you need you can grab for free at the lobby too, for example, razors, toothbrushes, tea etc…Also they do an exceptional job at cleaning your room when you ask them to. If you don’t put up a sign they will never bother you, they also do a great job at making sure you’re well equipped with towels! By the end of our trip we had 3 bags just filled with fresh dry towels.

The room was spacious enough. I really enjoyed the layout of the room and the availability of the kettle. The location on the street was surrounded by tons of restaurants, cafes, massage parlors, gyms, and the train station. It was well-lit area so it felt comfortable navigating at any time in groups. The bathroom was very well designed so that there was enough room to lay out all of my toiletries for the trip. It was just enough. I also enjoyed the fridge in the room as a person that preps nutrition items that need a refrigerator. I also can store the convenient store yogurt drinks for the morning. I also enjoyed the amenities: The laundry facilities were accessible by all people in the building. It was 100 yen I believe for the wash and 100 yen per 30min dry. You do need your own laundry cleaning, but there are a number of convenient stores on the street (one that is a 2 min walk across the street). The laundry and the main floor microwave is accessible and WELL Cleaned. It didn't feel like I was sharing it with a bunch of people. There were no bad smells.

Our stay at the Centurion Hotel Akasaka was amazing, the staff are so friendly and accommodating, our flight was delayed 3hrs so we did not arrive to the hotel until after midnight ad the staff waiting around for us. The room was small but big enough for a family of 2 adults and a 5yr old. Only one bed but it was a super king so enough room for 3 of us to share. There is a washer in the room and they provide washing liquid so don't over pack! There are shampoo and Conditioner in the room as well as facewash, toner, face oil and lotion. No need to pack any. The room was clean and comfortable, and made up each day. Akasaka was a beautiful little town, 2 Harry potter attractions (2 cafes and a little store), Hotel is close to the station entrance, 4 min walk, lots of places to eat, familymarts etc. Highly recommend, and will one day return. The staff speak enough English for you to understand. Our room had a huge balcony, but this could be used as more room space because we were exploring Japan we didnt use the balcony. Nice for fresh air if you like though.

Check-in and out was easy and staff were friendly and more than accommodating in regard to storing our luggage when we arrived early & wanted to leave late. After making our initial booking, we decided to stay an extra night and made an additional one night reservation - staff were super helpful in arranging for us to stay in the same room to avoid checking out and in again. Clean facilities, friendly and accomodating staff, excellent location (2 min walk to Akasaka Station and all the restaurant, bar, convenience store and karaoke room choices you could ask for at the hotel’s doorstep. There was even a Don Quixote down the road!)

One of the best locations to stay in Tokyo; restaurants and other cafes are all within 2/5 mins walk from the hotel and it has access to 2 train stations which is also within <10 mins walk from the hotel. Access to places like Shibuya or Central Tokyo are only less than 25 mins on the train. The staff at the reception is super friendly and helpful. The rooms can be cleaned on-demand everyday or as per your requirement. Also, the hotel provides all the basic amenities and I found this better than some 5* hotels in Europe.
